An exceptional period pair of Arts & Crafts hand-hammered & hand-wrought iron gates
These gates feature arched tops and deep floral leaf and scroll work decoration throughout. The quality and thick gauge of the gates are of the highest standard, and they were made by a master blacksmith of the period. The gates are in great condition, with thicker than usual scroll work and only surface rust below the paint.
Restoration can be supplied if required for an extra cost and would consist of bead blasting to remove all of the paint and rust, followed by professional spray painting with exterior powder paint and finally baking in an oven. This will restore them to a high definition of decoration. I can request a quote from my paint specialists if required.
