Folding chair in ebonised wood with cane seat, aligned to the Aesthetic Movement (1860–1890), 1880, British, in the style of E. W. Godwin.

An Aesthetic Movement ebonised folding chair with bobbin details to the backrest and a cane seat. The frame has a low folding form, curved side supports and a simple open back structure, a lovely light occasional chair.
