L&Co 31 - A rare pair of oak Arts & Crafts bookcases by Liberty & Co, the flaring cornice with shaped supports, 2 leaded glazed doors with adjustable shelves behind, with a single heart cut-out above a lower open bookshelve, with wonderful open display shelves to each side with elongated supports uniting the cornice & shaped supports below. Both have identical copper handles & 1 has copper strap hinges, excellent quality thoughout. I have purchased them at different times, one has hinges & one doesn't because you could choose with or without hinges as you could choose mahogany or oak & they are both original to the day they were made :) & sold sigularly or as a pair. Circa 1900. Height 77", Width of cornice 55 1/2", Depth of cornice 14 1/2". £SOLD.

L&Co 32 - A rare Anglo-Moorish 8 leg Octagonal sidetable in the Japanese style of E.W.Godwin attributed to Liberty & Co with wonderful carvings & Moorish arches to the lower sides & ring turned legs with splayed feet united by a lower shelf.

L&Co 33 - A good quality large Arts & Crafts oak drop leaf dining by Liberty & Co or possibly Goodyers of Regent St with pierced spade details to each end. L&Co 36 - A good Arts & Crafts oak bookcase by Liberty & Co with, the flaring cornice with pierced heart & Motto below which reads :- 'Books Like Friends Should Be Few & Well Chosen'. 2 lead & glazed doors with heart details to the glass, central glazed door all with adjustable shelves behind, central lower cupboard flanked by open lower shelves with pierced hearts just above, stylised copper handles & strap hinges stamped L&Co to the handle back plates, excellent quality thoughout Circa 1900. L&Co 58 - A good quality Liberty & Co Moorish sidetable with turned angled legs united by a lower shelf with Musharabieh turnings & conforming Musharabieh turnings to the top inset into the peace sign, a 3000 year old emblem meaning 'TO BE GOOD' & also used to mean :- sun strength & good luck.
