An substantial pair of pure Arts & Crafts oak armchairs designed by Walter Cave with elongated capped tops, shaped headrests & wonderful subtle serpentine back legs with curved & shaped arms uniting to the capped front legs & curving stylised floral side slats which run from beneath the arm to the lower side stretchers. A fabulous pair of well designed armchairs, image nine shows the detail behind the head rest how it has been made a wonderful little detail.
